Jesse practices bodywork that incorporates the psycho-somatic aspects of health. She blends clinical, western modalities that target localized pain, primarily myofacial release and deep tissue work, with eastern modalities, intended to stretch and balance the body, such as Thai and Shiatsu massage. Jesse enjoys working with a range of people with various abilities and ailments, from athletic injuries, to repetitive stress injuries from the office, or service industry, as well as individuals with emotional trauma in need of space to relax and release. Whether chronic or acute, from plantar fasciitis, to TMJ pain, Jesse believes that all conditions are reversible, and in her work strives to remind your body what it feels like to be in a more aligned state. Becoming aware of unconscious holding patterns allows for self-regulation and shifting how we move, breath, and live.
